Am i right in saying that the 1-129f K1 visa gets sent to the Vermont centre and not Texas? My fiance resides in South Carolina but going by the USCIS website all visas get sent to Texas except for the 1-129 which goes to the Vermont centre. Dont know this is.

If you read the instructions of the I129F depending on which state you live thats where you have to mail it to.
