Hi.

I have a very important question. I wanted to know that for K-3 who else can be a joint sponser besides parents/sis or bro/uncle or aunt. Can it be someone you just know as a very close friend, but not your relative? thanks

With the I-134 for Consulate K-3 VISA, yes, but with the I-864 for the USCIS is more concerned with the Joint sponsor being a family member.

Be aware with I-134, some consulates frown on "CO-Sponsor" the I-134 was designed to be a solo sponsor document.

As far as I know, the joint sponsor can be anybody as long as the person is in United States legally and meets the income requirements.

As far as I know, the joint sponsor can be anybody as long as the person is in United States legally and meets the income requirements.

A Joint sponsor can be anyone who is US Citizen so relax and decide whois yr Joint sponsor

I v been also go through this Joint Sponsor process ooooooooops was really tough anyways, i found one.
