Tell me how can your fingerprint card expire?saying that! My wife just recieved a letter from uscis and require her to do the finger prints again because it was expired from jan. 2006 the first time finger prints? she has been waiting for her green card after her interview approved in April 2006. Because of her background checking from FBI.

That is a very good question, and in a bizarre way funny.

But nevertheless they still do expire in a year at USCIS so that they'll have to be redone if the green card has not been issued 365 days after the last biometrics was done.
