Hi everyone,

We have just been informed by our Senator's office of the following:

"The processing times on the USCIS regarding I-751's out of the Texas Service Center are INCORRECT."

As of October 19th, I-751's are being processed with a receipt date of February 13, 2007."

As of October 19th, I-751's are being processed with a receipt date of February 13, 2007."

From I-130 to Visa: Total process took 13 mos exactly

I751 Received at TSC 10 October 2007

Check cashed 02 November 2007 Case transferred to CSC

NOA or Biometrics letter never received

Infopass appointment December 18, 2007. Received stamp in passport and completed Biometrics

I-751 APPROVED 29 February 2008. Green card received 8 March 2008

N-400

Mailed December 12, 2008

NOA received December 23, 2008

Biometrics completed January 21, 2009[

CITZENSHIP GRANTED MAY 15, 2009

Per my Senator last week, TSC is processing I-751's with a receipt date of 2/26.

Per my Senator last week, TSC is processing I-751's with a receipt date of 2/26.

Thanks for this feedback. Amazing. Even the Senators are getting conflicting information.

I called my Senator's office again today, and asked them to clarify the processing time frames.

Thanks for this feedback. Amazing. Even the Senators are getting conflicting information.

I called my Senator's office again today, and asked them to clarify the processing time frames.

Well, even though they don't completely jive, at least we know that they are working in February, instead of the misinformative "April 13"

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

that would imply they were working ;)

Who knows anymore. When different senators get different dates that are no where near the posted "current" (ha!) processing times, one quickly loses faith in the ability of TSC giving a straight answer.
