just called them again regarding my application.. even though both of them has been "touched" 10/22/07... the USCIS person said that they are CURRENTLY PROCESSING MY CASE and that they need to do a REQUIRED INVESTIGATION that can take up to 30 days.. she told me to call back after 30 days... :crying: People who applied in March already have their INTERVIEW date... I applied in April and still not past the 1st step... booooooooooooo........ this is taking way too long... :angry: is there anything I can do??

Hang in there gogo! USCIS with their 30 day mark is just unbelieveable!!! Lets keep hoping and praying this will soon end!!

Gogo, I recieved this today. I'm just a tiny little excited it reads: and case processing has resumed. I'm not sure if it actually surfaced back on the officers desk or its still traveling the long tunnel to the officers desk. Who knows but, with these 30 day and 60 day responses is only covering their butts. Lets keep up the faith that CSC releases all of our applications at one time! We all need to have a huge party when this happens!!!
