I actually have two herniated discs in my neck, one at C4 and one between C5-6. The one at C5-6 is the one that causes the doctor concern and all my shoulder/arm pain. I barely have any strength in the right arm at all...I just had an epidural last week, and the doc was hoping for more improvement. I have two more secheduled in the next 6 weeks.

I have been out of work since August 20th, and just went back today. I was hurting ALL day even with Motrin 800 mg.

Well, not technically. I was at home all day when I started the story. I would write while heavily medicated (could explain all the sex scenes I read at work today ; it was my first time actually reading the entire thing as you all see it)...and fall asleep. Then, I would wake up and post some more if I could.

I have been pushing through the pain EVERY day, dealing with my stepdaughter having an enlarged heart, in deseperate need of surgery and my sweetie suffering because of it. He loves his girls and my boys, and his spirit is broken because Jamaica doesn't care that he can't afford her surgery. It is so hard to watch the man I love suffer, and I can't do a dang thing about it.

The story has kept you all entertained, but it has really kept me from totally cracking and losing it. I lost sight of God for just a minute, and I had a mini breakdown last week, and all of you rallied around to show your love and support.

I was amazed because I have only known you all a few short months. The calls and PMs were bountiful. You have been there more than friends that I have known for years.
