apparently he called today, and he lost the ticket, he would have to pay the $100.00 fee and the difference in price.

I cancelled by ticket for NYE this year, the doc wrote me an excuse and Delta told me that they would waive the change fee with the doctor's note.

Thanks Jomo. The last option is surgery. I'm going to hold out as long as humanly possible before I consider it. I may ask for a referral to a chiropractor first.

Ok, I have a meeting with my director tomorrow mostly b/c my supervisor is too much of a friend to us. I had an issue with a co-worker b/c I have no tolerance for ignorance. How many times must I tell u the same thing over and over u been there a year. I don't want to or should I say I'm not throwing my supervisor under the bus but I would love if she step into her position more. How do u guys think I can suggest some issues w/o blaming or making it seem she is not competent? My director is also great person to have on ur side, very knowledgable and knows the industry and I don't want to make her think that I'm being disloyal to my supervisor but i'm tired of suggesting and she doesn't act and the issue is in plain site. Any suggestions would be great....ANYONE !

Melodee moves to open the car door on the moving vehicle. Ian tries to reach over and hold her and drive the truck at the same time. When he realizes that she is serious, he pulls the truck over to the side of the road. They are near a small strip of beach and ocean. Melodee opens the car door again, and hops out. She slams the door, and begins walking in the other direction.

BTW...if your supervisor behaves like a friend...just be frank with her and tell her that your co-worker is bothering you. Let her know, that you appreciate the comraderie...but you need her to deal with the situation because you don't want to take the issue to the next level of management. She will handle it from that point...hopefully.

Jawi I have disgust with her all the time the issues that makes my work more difficult..i'm not gonna pull anyone's slack b/c i'm already under payed. why should I keep covering for u and u don't want to act like u need help...But backto suppy. I, personally, would not say I was going over her head, right off the bat. I would confront her as kindly and gently as I could and state my piece. Make sure you note somewhere what you said, who was there, and the date. You are going to want to protect yourself no matter what. Sometimes I don't think people realize how crappy they are managing until someone gets in their face and points things out. Just stay calm and tell her how it is effecting you. If it's all about you, it will seem okay. If you make it all about her, it will seem like an attack. Given a little time, and no change, I would go over her head without warning her.

But it has been almost 2yrs..when I'm working she is over my shoulder just jumps in and takes over I HATE THAT SO BADLY...mind u i have much more experience than her in the field except she has been with this company alot longer that me...i'm not bringing her up at the meeting it's more really about me and my steps of moving up. I try to tell he something her reply is..yeah I know, yeah and 2 seconds later does nothing. One girl was just being absent too much anf HR got involved to the point they were going to write her up..u think she has said a word to her seriously have a meeting with her? nope not once..so all she's saying is she did it to herself and they are forcing her hand..they r not forcing ur hand if u had sat down with ur employee from jump she wouldn't think she could get a way with certain things.

The sad thing is just cause you see these things, doesn't mean anyone higher up the corporate ladder is seeing anything. Some of the things Andre says his boss says and does makes me wonder how she's lasted 14 years in the company. I suppose if those people under her keep up their end of the work, anyone can look good.
