It's even a little harder for me to come to terms with, Kimmy, cause none of the 6 children we are talking about are Andre's. I would be more open to it, if, like you, they were his. But, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews, plus his mother......all of those kids have fathers' and his mother is capable of getting a job or doing the little side businesses she used to before he married me.

Helping someone and supporting 7 additional people are completely different things.

I really do understand what you are going through, Kimmy. Some days are much easier to deal with it all then others. I wish you well in figuring out the best way for you to do that and still maintain your sanity and hold the temper.

Sometimes I can deal and sometimes it drive me nuts when I think that she is a well abled person, what is she teaching their girls? It's like she want to make sure that all HIS earnings come to her..but not over fi mi dead rass body cause she a use fi har head..mi can use mine to ! mi nah wile har, mek she tan deh tink dis is all bed a rose..wait til fi HIm bills start pile up and him can only sen on what him have and it nah go can spread all ova di world and she affi go get a job fi pick up di pieces. It is all in good time..mi nah stress fi mi brain..my pickney need me sane so she can tan deh wid fi har wukliss self...she fortunate..if she tink a one eediat gyal deh yah she soon fine out....mi 'ave someting fi har rassclaaat dunce self.

No get mi wrong, I love that is taking care of the girls cause a dat man fi do..he's there emotional as well mi love dat..BUT, when she a come tink seh him can support dem financial alone she mek a sad mistake cause mi nah bring dis yah "world" pon fi mi shoulda alone...mi a ooman wid pickney an there is no way mi could sidung a no wuk u mad...compare to she..mi can do it she a can bloodclaat do it to !!

Kelly I don't know how I would deal with that cause he is not even responsible for them except if he is lending a hand..they must think the money tree in the back yard...Give Jomo I hope another year..why these pl don't want to work makes me wonder..Is like they want to show ppl they have family a farrin so thinks come easy...But, I know this is just the beginning. And i'm prepared to fight the battle ! I even discussed with hubby sending grocery thru superplus and a barrel 2/year as little money she get in her hands a di more content mi is. Well, Kimmy......the fever part made me smile. That is pretty tame on the whole story front. Those stories will get more and more crazy. If nothing else, it's good for a laugh.

Andre got so mad at me late last week. His mom called with another crazy story. My guard always goes up when the story is long and the amount is always $100. ALWAYS! I said I didn't believe her this time, she's cried wolf far too many times.
