Hi All. haven't been around lately. It's been crazy busy at work, and I get home so late. i just want to sleep when i get there.

Jawi we miss you dearly. Glad you are doing better, you've been on my mind.

Hope everyone is doing well, and staying warm during the holidays. I'm just trying to keep busy this season and plan the next trip outta here.

I'm going back and forth on whether I should start the K3 process, just for the heck of it cause I really think that visa is too expensive. Also thinking about the visitor B1/B2 visa. Not sure I want my husbands first time here to be a temp stay. Once he gets here, I don't think I can let him go. Plus he is working and its hard to get the time off for a decent amount of time. Theonly reason to get the B1 visa would be for him to stay as lonf as he could...90days, so that we shorten our time apart, but that doesn't look lik its gonna happen.

Well I am off to lunch for some retail therapy.

The Monkey & The Lizard

A monkey is sitting in a tree smoking a spliff when a lizard walks past, looks up and says to the monkey, "Wha gwaan?"

The monkey says, "Yu wan some?." So the lizard climbs up and sits next to the monkey and they burn the herb.

After a while the lizard says his mouth is 'dry'and that he's going to get a drink from the river. The lizard climbs down the tree, goes to the river and leans over to get his drink.

Well, the lizard is so high that he leans too far over, and falls into the river. A Crocodile sees this and swims over to the lizard, helping him to the side, then asks, "What's the matter with you?"

The lizard explains to the crocodile that he was sitting in a tree smoking a spliff with a monkey and got too high, and that caused him to fall into the river while taking a drink.

The crocodile says he's got to check this monkey out and walks off to where he finds the tree and the monkey is still sitting and puffing on his spliff. He looks up and says "Hey you!"

The Monkey looks down and says, "A wah de RASS claat dis?! ... Bredren, ah how much water you drink so?!!"

YEAAAAAA!!!!!! Jonesie yuh still wid us...how yuh duh mi gyal...yuh hanging in arright!!! Wi did miss yuh!!! Yuh likkle one is SMART...why come out here where 'im a guh haffi breathe and eat and do everything for himself....when he has such a sweet host to do it for him !!

Thanks for the CD recommendations Gill! We got Strictly the Best 36 & 38 and I LOVE THEM! Hubby doesn't think they are too bad so that is great! We can listen together. Thanks!!!

Well it is suppose to snow this weekend...UGH! People here freak out in an inch of snow. Accidents everywhere and general hysteria. Not looking forward to that AT ALL. Hopefully it is all gone by Monday morning.

Any good weekend plans out there?

We are going to visit my grandma and decorate her apartment for Christmas (weather permitting) and hopefully get some grocery shopping done.
