DCF Britain - I864 question

This is the American half of Jmaster posting about filling out the I-864

Section 24 B:

Do I add my Dad (co-sponsor) as part of the household income? He lives in the US and we live in the UK, so technically he's not part of our household, but I am submitting his info as co-sponsor for financial purposes.

Section 27:

Again, do I state my dad's (co-sponsor's) info here?

I have a feeling after reading it again that I do not include his info on here at all, but submit it when we get the second packet. I would appreciate anyone's input.

You do not include your co-sponsor's income on your I-864, that goes on the separate I-864 that your co-sponsor fills out.

Gwen is correct. Your dad's info will not appear anywhere on your I-864. He needs to fill out a I-864 as the joint sponsor. As you're doing DCF, you bring both I-864s and all supporting documents with you to the interview. Well, really your spouse does as you will probably not be able to stand up with him during the actual visa interview. Good luck!
