Mistake on G-325A

Hi all,

Ok, SO we put in 'N/A' instead of 'None' for the "Husband or Wife Name" on the G-325A that accompanied out i-129F and might/probably will get refused on that basis ... it happens. So, is there anything we can do now or just sit tight and wait for the USCIS to get back to us? Or can we send an amended copy of the necessary papers and pre-empt them?

We'd hate to have to wait 6 months to find out we've been refused because of one error ... we have a wedding to go to on Oct 11th, 2008!!!

It's over to you guys!

I wouldn't worry until you are given a reason to worry.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I think for a K1 case, N/A and None are equally appropriate, so don't sweat it. When I filled out the G325a for my I-130, I was so accustomed to not having a spouse, I put "none" on my G325a. It wasn't a problem. I did notice and correct it on the one I sent with the later I-129F though.

I wouldn't worry about it much, I don't think you'll get an RFE just for that, at least you didn't leave it blank.
