Check cashed & biometrics done......No NOA yet?

Hi,

Just wanted to ask what you guys think about this situation:

We sent our I-751 package that shows 'received' status online @ VSC (9/13/07). The biometrics letter was quick to follow. We have done the biometrics @ the local ASC. The check has been cashed, too. But we haven't received NOA yet. Does the biometrics letter serve as NOA or what?

We might have to travel sometime in January. How would it be possible to ttravel without a renewed card? Are there any options?

What about leaving US on the expired conditional GC? What options do we have for an overseas trip?

You should have received your NOA by now as you already had your biometrics done.

Suggest that you make an INFOPASS appointment and see if the NOA has been sent to the wrong location. While you are there, request for your passport to be stamped. That should be good for travel.

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!
