I'm preparing for our K1 interview and went to have my fiance fill out the DS-156 but it says it expires 9/30/2007?

What will happen if we turn in an expired ds156? I cannot locate the updated one...

Does anyone have a link to one after 9/30?

I had something similar when i had my interview. If for the time at the interview they do not post a new one just use that one.

Yeah, the DoS website is what referred me to the expired form. I guess I'll just have to use that for now!

If you are referring to a OMB date, you can continue using the form, it is a date that Office of Management and Budget specifies that suggested changes and auditing by the various departments needs to be completed by, in this case Department of State. OMB date is an internal audit date, not an expiration of the form.

The various consulates use and mail out forms that are much older than that.

So no problems using that form.
