I just received an email from CSC that our K1 petition has been approved today. Good luck to all of the others waiting.

Congrats! :):D How did you sign up for the emails? I thought I was signed up for them on the Case Status Online page, but when my case was touched (almost a month ago, ouch), I didn't receive any notification. I'd really prefer to have them email me than having to check the page every day for updates. Is there some other box I need to tick or something? ttyl,

We stopped pursuit of CR-1 to pursue K3/AOS. For us, both required the same document, we could only have one valid copy, and the K3 was moving faster.

On the status page, you have to make sure that it is checked off to receive email. I received a touch for the check cashing just after it was first submitted, then no touches at all, just the approval. Good luck!
