Am I correct in assuming that the emphasis of the evidence for the permanent green card would be that accumulated after the initial green card was approved? I'm assuming that USCIS has the original evidence for her initial green card approval in my wife's file --- the overwhelming majority of our current information is post initial green card approval and we have an abundance of it.

At the AOS interview after we were approved we were informed to resubmit some of the evidence for the I-751.

Mainly our trust showing mutual ownership of everything.

Don't know why as they should still have the one we originally submitted.

IO did say it may help not having to have a interview.

I guess it's best to resubmit anything that you think that strongly shows you have a vaild marriage.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
