EDP333 it looks like we are about a month behind you. Please keep us updated on your timeline if you dont mind, we would really appreciate it. We are trying to plan my vacation so that I can be there with her(my wife) to go through the the whole process together........medical,interview,etc....

We are going the K3 route also.

When we first filed in MAY we were hoping for a December interview, but it looks like we might have to wait until February 08.

Good luck and please keep us posted.

I will keep a close eye on this thread to see how long it is taking everyone.

Good luck. Most of the K3s are being approved in the 185 to 190 day range from I-130 NOA1 receipt date.

@ runs4fun. One person approved on Oct. 22 has been told their petition was received by NVC. I called tonight after getting back from a family member's heart surgery and was told it takes 2 to 4 weeks for NVC to receive petition.

This is it fellow VJs! today is the beginning of the second week of the month wherein the NVC usually realeases schedules for next month's interview!
