Quick I-134 question

So the I134 seems fairly straight forward, but i have one little question.

My Fiancee (the USC) is a student and only works part time so she doesnt have an annual salary/deposit on savings/property etc.

We are using her mother as a co-sponsor/co-affadaviat (im not sure the correct term).

What should my fiancee put in the answer to question 7? I think there could be 2 options:

• put annual salary of $0
• calculate rough annual salary by mutliplying weekly earnings by 52 weeks

If anybody has any advice i would be very grateful

Yes, calculate the annual earnings. I don't think you'll see the word "salary" on the I-134.

You'll want to have last year's W-2 showing the yearly earnings. You can also include the last couple months' worth of pay stubs. If your spouse has received a raise since last year, just multiply her weekly pay x 52.

Can she use photocopies for the previous years tax returns, or does it have to be originals??

Also, is the letter from the bank needed if all that my fiancee and our co-sponsor have at the bank is checking accounts there?

The income that our co-sponsor receives is plenty enough to get over the minimum needed - do we still need the bank letter on top of this if they are also providing revious years tax returns, pay stubs and letter from the employer??
