My sister would like to hire my finance sister as a domestic helper can this be don and how much would it cost and any info on how she can do it if possible?

I am not sure it would be a J-1 visa. I don't think so. First I thought a B-1 Personal Employee, but I don't think you will be successful that route. So then I looked at H-2B temporary or seasonal nonagricultural workers.

After looking at all of these, I think your best course of action would be to speak to an immigration attorney to at least get you started in the right direction. Good luck. BTW, I would be interested in what the attorney tells you.

Yes i have been looking at all those But in the end it look like we just need to try a visitor visa or see how we can apply for a green card or just start the U.S citizenship papers now and Wait 12 years lol

Ok, where are you getting 12 years for citizenship? I'm REALLY confused on that. After you 2 have been married for I believe 3 years, your wife can apply for citizenship, which does NOT take 12 years. She could then apply for a visa for her sister, and that could take a long time.

The foreign spouse can begin the citizenship process after three years with permanent resident status, not three years of marriage.
