We didn't provide the form you are asking about, but we did submit G-325A, four copies of it. I didn't read anywhere about G-28 and I've never heard of it.

Thanks for your reply. If I am going to file the AOS for my wife along the following application form .... Do you think how many photos that I should attach along with the package?

1. G-325a

2. I-864

3. I-485

4. I-765

5. I-131

I am going to file the AOS for my wife (k1 visa) that we are already married  in US-chicago a month ago. According the following link for filing AOS,

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

Do I have to file the G-28 form along together too?

Thanks for advice

G-28 is what the lawyer files if you have one.

You sign saying he will represent you.

6 photos. 2 for AOS, 2 for EAD, 2 for AP. Attach the 2 in a clear plastic bag to each section of the packet so they know to which it applies.

Take a look at the guide here on VJ

hmmmm...I only sent four photos with the AOS package. The AOS guidelines in VJ say to only send 2. I just sent a couple of extra ones for the fun of it. I guess I should have sent two more, now. I guess I will get a RFE???

You will not! Not for photos anyway! You shouldn't! For anything! :)

Hey, people - I sent ONLY 2 photos for the whole AOS package and all was fine. My EAD card has the photo taken at biometrics. I assume GC will have the same photo. My AP letter has the photo I sent when filing.

Or was I just lucky that they didn't realise I was missing some photos?!?! Oops!

When I was getting my husbands papers together for AOS, I only sent in 2 photos. OOPS!! I thought that was all he needed. We sent in EAD as well. They just got the package Friday the 20th, so lets see what happens, maybe they wont notice. I would hate to get a RFE for a photo.
