Hello needing some fedback. When does a wavier get requested during the process? Such as over stays, criminal records or any thing that may need a wavier? I'm just trying to prepare for that cause if there is any request for one? I think it's generally in the interview correct?

Anyone's knowledge what be a blessing.

If you are eligible to file a waiver for your circumstances, it would be at the interview. Some people preempt this if they are expecting a waiver and bring a completed waiver plus evidence with them to the interview.

yes my self may need one. I'm the American filing for my wife. My attorney told me no worries but again I still feel it's important to be prepared. We all know how anxious we are to get our loved one's home. last thing I want is to go to the interview and find out we need a wavier.

So the interview then. Very good at least i know it's during the last stage to prepare for. this has to do with my criminal record from 11 years ago. I know very much a bad point to bring up. This is my past and 11 years ago. Thank you guys for your advise.
