What is the average waiting period to receive K3 visa after the interview?

My wife had her interview Jan 24, 2006. She was instructed to go to the cashier to pay for courrier service. Three days ago she received a text message from Delbros(courrier service) saying that they have her visa and will be delivering the following day up to 5 business days. So, she texted Delbros to reconfirm again but she received a reply that they don't have her visa yet and it's still being processed at the embassy.

I therefore called the embassy(call center that is) and they said the same.

Anyone has any idea, all response are welcome.

Once DELBROS receives the visa from the embassy they will text the beneficiary, if she has a cell, and then it is delivered within the next few days. Claudeth lived on Mindanao and she got her visa two days after the DELBROS text
