:angry: we are september fillers also...well we mailed it on september 25th and they received it on the 28th..but still no respond yet about the notice.....is it normal???

how come october fillers to CSC recieving it before us ??? :wacko:

You don't need your NOA1. It's just a notice that says they received your petition. If you can read the back of your cancelled check and find your petition number, you can track your progress online.

We filed in June and never got an NOA1 so maybe that gives you some prospective on how the USCIS works.

CSC is all messed up on sending the NOA1 at this time and has been for months due to the deluge of applications they got before the fee increase in July.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
