Hi if any one can help me I would appreciate it ? I am preparing the

I-30 , G-325A

A) 2 pass port style photo

B) Birth Certificate (His/Hers )

C) Marriage Certificate

D) Passports ( front and back pages 1-4)

E) Copy of drivers Lic

F) Itenarys to Africa,

G) Airline Tickets (E-TickeT)

H) photos galore (wedding , family –taken in Africa , before ,during after wedding)

*** I have four affidavits I have sent to my wife (1st person)

to be signed by her mother , father , cousin, bother-in law

in front of a public notary

they will attest to the date and location of the marriage in Africa

and the " belief that this marriage is for love and affection for a lifetime "

and will be signed by the notary of republic in that country is that enough data for the I-30 , G-325A

another question the mail is hard to get in Ghana is there any suggestion on how I can insure my wife gets the proper documents when it’s time for the U.S Embassy in Ghana

to send packages to her ?

I saw your post about the mail and dropped a reply. But what is your question about the K-3? If you have a specific question then you can ask it on the K-3 forum. If you just want some guidance, try reading the guides up above, they tell you about the process, step by step on completing the forms, there are sample forms and instructions on putting together the package to mail it out.

Pick up Visa: 6-27-2008

Arrive JFK POE: 7-2-2008

Marriage: 7-9-2008

AOS

mailed AOS, EAD, AP: 8-22-2008

NOA AOS, EAD, AP: 8-27-2008

Biometrics: 9-18-2008

AOS Transferred to CSC: 9-25-2008

Requested EAD Expedite: 11-12-2008

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009
