By the way, do we really need 4 copies of CENOMAR? and two separate I-134 for stating a double job? I'm starting to gather my documents, please give me some advice. Thanks. :)

I only brought one to the interview and had no problem. The embassy has a direct link to the NSO system so sometimes they dont even ask it during the pre-screening. Anyhow, no harm in brining an extra :) Goodluck!!

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

Hello bubblesn! I am not sure as to the necessity of having the signature of your hubby on the ITR but I can only tell you what we did based on our experience. We made sure that the document was signed by my fiance. Hope this helps.
