Hello everybody! I hope you will find everything in order as I have spent sleepless nights preparing the documents to make sure that the interview day would be perfect. Anyway, I am anxiously looking forward to meet the consul and experience all the nervousness myself. I am sure it would be very challenging!

Letter-request for DELBROS to deliver Visa in my Manila adress if not approved of visa pick-up.

(Made an advance query at DELBROS and they require a letter-request as well as 2 government issued IDs if requesting for delivery to the address other than stated on the DS-156 Form)

Note: All documents are separately placed in colored folders in a plastic portfolio for easy access.

You can write that again. That's how my wife and I were organized. Knock'em dead... The CO's during the AOS will also love you (if you have to go in for an interview)... - Cheers!!!

Wow!! well prepared and very well organized. Mine was organized more or less the same way. I put all my folders and envelopes in one big bag so it wouldn't be such a hassle to have to bring 3 or more bags with me. I also brought some office supplies just in case...extra paper clips, ballpens...Like you said, better to be over prepared than under prepared. Before the interview, I made sure I knew by heart all the important dates and facts. I also had someone (pretended to be a consul) give me a mock interview to help me get the feel of it so that I could be more confident and relaxed.

I know personally that Rhosie enjoyed helping both of you out. She is like me and loves helping others. We're still hoping we're prepared enough in this and don't forget that you still have time to do what you like to your paperwork. Over achieving is never a problem. Good luck Jen.

Based on what information we've gather; Yes and No. You never know what could be asked for. We decided early on to go above and beyond with our paperwork. Rhosie could go into alot greater detail with all that's needed and such. She's truly dedicated herself to finding everything out about this process that she possibly can. If I were having to do this alone it would have taken longer. Thankfully I'm very fortunate to have someone so dedicated to be at my side.

Hello there! Based on my knowledge and readings there's no specific photo size requirement as set by the US embassy on the photographs used as evidences. In fact, you can do a photo collage with captions sort of thing to save a few pages. So, you can do what you like but just don't make it too small and keep it viewable.Hope this answers your question.

It depends on what is applicable to your case.Each case is unique and i cannot say that it is all needed but since we have all these documents, then we made sure to prepare everything, the consul might ask for it. It is always better to be over prepared than under prepared!
