URGENT! I-134 Inquiry

I'm sure I've read it in here already, but I've slept since then.

We're trying to figure out if Rhosie will need to submit the original documentation(tax transcripts, W2, Form 1040, Employment letters, pay stubs, bank statements and certification) for the I-134 to the pre screeners and if so will it be returned after the interview. Simple Question, but we're trying to cross all the T's and dot the I's to be sure.

W2 - online print-out

Form 1040 - original with my fiance's signature

Employment letter - I have but the pre-screener didnt take it..

Pay stubs - we dont have that

Bank Statements - on line print out but the pre-screener didnt take it,

i would like to iriterate what ive said..

the form 1040, the prescreener took the photo copy.. together with the tax transcripts & W2..

all these docs were never returned to me..only the greeting cards & pictures were returned to me by the CO.

sorry for the blurry reply

anyway, the affidavit of support with my fiance's signature & notarized was submitted to the pre-screener..

together with the copy of form 1040, tax transcripts & W2..

these docs were never returned to me..

After the interview with CO, greeting cards & pictures were returned to me..

You should always submit copies but have the originals available if the officer requests them. DON'T GIVE ORIGINALS, you will most likely never see them again

yes have all the original copies with you and have them photocopied. just in case they will look for the original. the CO returns our pictures only. good luck on your upcoming interview. relax take a deep breath you can do it hehe
