first time AP user and I need a few quick answers please

Tomorrow I am going on vacation. We will go to Florida and there go on a cruiseship to the Bahamas. I got my AP document, my passport, a copy of my marriage certificate and my transfer notice to CSC) for my AOS (for all the heavens, I can't find my NOA1 tonight).

Anything else I need?

I have a few more questions:

* I was wondering if, before I go on board of the ship, they will have to take my I-94 out of my passport, like they always did when I left the USA on a plane?

*What if they don't take it out? Does it have to be out by the time I want to re-enter the US?

*Upon re-entry, will I have to fill out another I-94 and if yes, would I fill out a white one again like I did with my K-1 visa?

*IF there are two lines, one for US and one for non US, which one do I go through? I know with a greencard I can go through the US line...butwith AP???

Ugg, I am nervous about this whole AP thing....

Don't worry - the woman or man at the port of departure should take out the I94 if they don't ask them. You may or may not need to fill out another I-94 - I am not sure. You can go through any line that's shorter - we always do even though she has the greencard now - we have gone through visitor's lines if that was the shorter line. No one said anything. Hey,

My husband just got back from Algeria after traveling with AP and he encountered no problems. To answer your questions:

They should take out your I-94. If they don't ask them.

My husband went through the NonUS line. They asked him to go wait in the little office. They looked at his paperwork, and put a new white I-94 in his passport that says "Paroled to resume appliction for AOS."
