PLEASE SAY IT ISN'T SO....i just received an email from CRIS saying that they have transfered out application to the VSC because it is in our jurisdiction. Mind you we went it to TEXAS CS first and it was transfered to CSC and now they are saying it is being sent to VSC after being there since May 15.

They say that we must allow 180 from time of TRANSFER!!!!!!!!!! Another six months!!!!

Has anyone had this happen to them?

Does anyone have a number that I can get through to someone and find out about this?

I would suggest you call your Senator's office and see if they can help in some way. I am very sorry for what has happened. Good luck to you.
