Cod liver oil would be a good thing to start taking daily, apparently it has been proven that it decreases the effects of arthritis quite dramatically... Might be worth a shot?

Or if you can find somewhere that sells Emu oil. My friend swears by it

A friend said she tried Tiger Balm and that seemed to help her. Not sure what it is or how to find it. I get really stiff in my knees so need to find something to loosen them up, its always tough to get going at the gym.

Celebrex is good, but you'll need a prescription for it. I'd also recommend against it if you have an allergy towards sulfa drugs. Having said that, all medications can have side-effects (some good and some bad, depending on your point-of-view), so I would discuss this with your physician and see what works best for you.
