Sweet fun-loving-highly-spirited Len,

Bah!

I for one am quite the little devil  mwahahaha, ahem, at times, AND I enjoy it fully.

Thank you for being (reasonably) well-grounded and normal, Canada Forum. Even that Len stinker. (L)

Man alive! I don't get it! Did anyone else have parents that felt like because you were moving away that you didn't love them?

She seemed happy for us for a long time and now, a month until I possibly move and she spills all of this on me. ~sighs~ All because I need more stress and anxiety in my life!

P.S. LEN, I LOVE YOU! :D

Oh boy. I think she's going to get it now. The fiance is about to email her. I know he'll be reasonably nice, but I'm sure he'll tell her to back off. ~sighs~ What a mess?!

Oh and Len...I'd give her a million cookies if it would make a difference! ~giggles~ A difference other than making her diabetes go crazy!

$1,000 in repairs for the car today :( Guess I shouldn't complain much, I have had the car for 5 years now and have only needed to replace the battery once, get new brake pads once since I bought it. But, that is a hefty bit of cash (I live by cash and refuse to put anything on credit cards) and I can already feel my wallet getting lighter as I think about it.

Stoopid timing belts!!! :protest: :protest:

What kind of car and what was the mileage? Timing belts are easy (a few skinned knuckles and a pry bar will do it) but a timing chain is a b*tch. $1000 for a timing chain replacement is not exorbitant. It is a very labour intensive job, first you need to pull the engine..... :crying:

Oh I'm sure he will be. He's really diplomatic.

 Yes, he is nothing if not diplomatic. :innocent:
