Ooooo...decorating! Another of my favourites! Here's some pics of our Living Room...all finished. The the large entertainment armoire and tv were given to us...all we had to do is pick it up. The rest was already ours. My MOH (my best girlfriend for ages) came over and helped me arrange stuff. Sometimes I think it's easier to see furniture placement when it's someone else's house. I didn't have a clue how to arrange my own home *sigh* Anywho...I'm rather proud of it all. Now to get our bedroom done. I'm thinking of a wall canopy...not the over the bed kind, but the kind that looks like a curtain behind the bed. Then the office...Anna's bedroom...the kitchen. LR3.jpg

I'll open a home decorating thread. Laura's right. We're having way too much fun for a vent thread.

Why don't you phone them? I think I applied on-line, and heard back from them in about 2 weeks. Maybe the first time I heard from them, was a confirmation of my application to apply for, and then wanting a copy of my ROE etc. When did you apply? The ladies in the Belleville office, where out of country claims are processed are awesome. Actually come to think of it, they PHONED me about 2 weeks after my on-line application. If you do call them, you'll get a voice recording, but they're really good about getting back to you!

I had a phone interview today for a job I applied for... I sent my resume to them like 3 weeks ago, but whatever. So we get talking about my experience and all that I've done and she says to me "Wow you have a lot more experience then most other applicants. Your qualifications are too high for this position." #######! First of all didn't you read my resume before you called me? Secondly I wouldn't have applied if I didn't want the job! Thirdly wouldn't that be a good thing?! I just want to work. :crying:
