It is hard to believe some of the garbage on tv. On the Today show they just had a segment, which I only saw a snippet on of 'Tweens in the Spotlight'. Who could possibly care

But the interviewer ended the segment with 'facinating stuff'.

Your first sentence..... I was just thinking the same thing only I replaced the word "TV" with "VJ".

I took a huge chunk out of my finger yesterday while shaving. :dead: Man, those things can bleed. There was blood everywhere. :o And I hate the fact that it stings every time I get it wet. :crying:

Just thought I'd share. :)

Don't shave your fingers! :hehe:

and if you do, be more careful.

Sorry you cut yourself.

Could you imagine if I needed to shave my fingers? Except slicing my finger wasn't the worst injury I've ever received in a shaving incident. I almost decapitated my nipple once. :o:blush: And, no.... I wasn't shaving a hairy nipple at the time. I was changing from one armpit to the other. OMG. This is TMI.

If they didn't charge so much for underarm waxing here in the US I'd go back to doing that like I did in Canada. One nipple laceration was one too many in my experience.

OMG! So here I am sitting in my office, taking a quiet lunch break, eating spinach salad and reading the above. I start laughing right out loud and it just happens to be at the very moment that another manager walks by. He pops his head in my door and wants to know what's so funny. So my brain quickly thinks - hmmm... can I tell him that I'm in a Canadian forum on a website for folks who've applied/been accepted for visas and I'm reading a story about how one woman nearly cut her nipple off with a razor by merely changing from one armpit to the other??? I just kept laughing and said it was a good joke. He and I send jokes back and forth a lot so he told me to make sure I send it to him. #######. Now I have to go find some old joke I got once to send to him. I'll do that after I hit the bathroom. You made me have to pee Krikit!! I can't help but picture a woman with very hairy knuckles and only one nipple.... not good...

Just copy what you were reading and send it to him. He doesn't know me so I won't be embarrassed.

Back from the bathroom. Ahhhh, much better. Ya know, that's not a bad idea. He has a terrific sense of humor and he would crack up. I know him, he'll send it to his wife too and then I'll get an email from her asking where I get this stuff. lol Oops, sorry, this is supposed to be a venting thread. Um... thinking of a vent... oh I know - lunch is almost over and I have to go back to work. Darn it.

Because wayyyy too many people live beyond their means! It's a want want want society. If you can't afford it, put it on plastic! It's really sad. The need for the newest and best of everything.

You rush in to get vehicle financing because once they find out you have lost your job you won't be able to get any!

(as you already know, it doesn't make any sense, so try to put it out of your mind - bah!)
