well it is what he did this morning before he went to work :P

yesterday he just found out that he had to take his vacation days before the end of the year so this morning I was trying to have a discussion with him about which days would be best before I filled out the forms and he was getting all grouchy at me and told me to just pick days and I was ticked so I just picked the days he had said and then after I thought about it I wasn't sure those would be good days so I told him and he got all grouchy at me again :P and then I am like why didn't you do this last night and he was like "yeah why didn't you?" :P

So I am venting today about being called up by a coworker at 7:00 last night. Not only did she call me to vent about her own issues, she called me to get mad at me for forgetting to write something down, condescendingly calling me "Sweetie" in the process and you just don't do that. I didn't think I had to write it down, I told enough people. But whatever... I have am HUMAN... I FORGET THINGS!

This coworker has no rank over me, and even if she did, I would never expect to be spoken to like that by anyone. I almost hung up but I decided to let her go... I didn't say anything at all, I just let her go on.

And today I am going in to work a little upset by it all. Which I don't like at all.

She wants to have a meeting, so lets have it, I have things I could say too. Lets be petty! Lets make a big deal out of nothing.

After the entire conversation was over she asked me something else and I told her and she said: "Oh thats all I needed to know"

ERRR OKAY MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE STARTED OFF BY ASKING THAT QUESTION IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

I'll be professional, I plan on talking about it today with my boss because it was upsetting. I'll see where we can go from there. This person has made mistakes too, but I have always worked through them, problem solved. Its really quite simple... well for a rational person, I guess thats where we differ.

Sprailenes,

You could always just start laughing until you fall over and when your coworkers ask whats up - Tell them she came out of the bathroom with toilet paper hanging out of the backside of her jeans

I dunno, but that always seems to work for me...

Nev, I feel your work-orientated pain.

The past couple days have been horrible at work..so busy...and on top of that my boss is really under performing. She is making mistakes, HUGE mistakes, and she's a director.

The VP in our department is furious with her and she refuses to take any responsibility for anything. Every time something goes wrong, she blames someone else. It is just getting tiring.

Plus she smells like cat litter. NO JOKE! :D

"...My hair's mostly wind,

My eyes filled with grit

My skin's white then brown

My lips chapped and split

I've lain on the prairie and heard grasses sigh

I've stared at the vast open bowl of the sky

I've seen all the castles and faces in clouds

My home is the prairie and for that I am proud…

If You're not from the Prairie, you can't know my soul

You don't know our blizzards; you've not fought our cold

You can't know my mind, nor ever my heart

Unless deep within you there's somehow a part…

A part of these things that I've said that I know,

The wind, sky and earth, the storms and the snow.

Best say that you have - and then we'll be one,

For we will have shared that same blazing sun." - David Bouchard

This is a mini vent but I have never vented before so here I go. :P So ever since I moved here (3 weeks now) the recycling people are not picking up our recycling bin. After I moved obviously there was a ton of cardboard and plastic ####### and bags and I put it all seperate. I put the cans, plastics, cardboards in seperate bags. The recycling comes on Friday and every Friday I would look outside and our 2 boxes are still there but everyone else's is turned over. I got so mad "why aren't they emptying our boxes" I even called the town and they said "are you seperating the stuff" YES I am! So we'll see what happens today hehehe
