Funny you should say that Lou Lou! My Mom has been b!tching that the leaves haven't been as good her way this year. :lol:

I don't think we are going to have a very good year in VA. :crying:

Lovely pictures! It was an especially bright year here in VT too. The sugar maples were stunning. Problem was the whole place got inundated with Brit tourist buses. Felt very strange walking around town and hearing Brummie and Manc accents everywhere. :P

Oh no! Hope that's not true for Stuart, VA.

We'll be going to Mount Airy and then to Stuart tomorrow as my son's high school marching band are participating in the contest festivals there.

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

Well, hopefully it will be better out in the Blue Ridge. Right now there is not much color in Northern VA besides brown, but usually the mountains are prettier anyway.

Really? Marshfield, Waistfield, Moretown, Elmore were all stunning. Of course, most of it has turned orange now...and there is already snow on Mansfield. That comes waaay to quickly. :rolleyes:

Hmmm, well it has been a few weeks since she last said anything, so perhaps things changed for the better. Will have to ask the next time I talk to her.
