AOS Transfers to CSC ... Is there a trend?

I see so many cases being transferred to the California Service Center for processing of their AOS application.

Can the VJ members with dependants that filed their AOS applications recently (multiple I-485's .. spouse and child/children) please post to let me know if they were or were not transferred to the CSC? I know many things probably determine whether a case is transferred or not .. income, co-sponsorship, etc. but I am just trying to get a feel if this is a factor as well.

Thanks,

CB

Hi CB,

Perhaps you can pose your question in this topic and you might have a better response from the people who are already transferred.

There in no real method as to who get transferred to CSC. The only two factors that we know go in to it is if the district you would normally go to is a backlogged district and if the IO feels it is a clear case. That being said CSC can determine at any point that the applicant needs to have an interview and transfer the case themselves to the district office.

You can search and try and find some method to the madness, please let know if you find something.
