I tried to post this once and it didn't seem to take so hopefully it doesn't post twice. Sorry if it does.

Currently we are still in the pending stage but I want to be prepared ahead of time so I have a few questions.

1) On co-sponsors. I have a job offer in Washington, DC that starts at the beginning of the year. Because it will be cutting it close with the time frame that our application should be reviewed I want to have a co-sponsor just in-case due to the small amount of time I will be in the job. It doesn't appear that the sponsor must live in the same household but I want to verify this. I will be moving to DC at the beginning of the year and the sponsor will be in FL.

2) Speaking of financial requirements where can I find the poverty line minimum or what the calculation for the 125% is based on?

3) Also, with my move, it says within 30 days, does this include during pending? I believe it does.

4) Originally we listed London as the Embassy for the interview; however, my fiance has returned to Ireland to spend time with his family before the possible move. USCIS said not to worry about notify the change now until the contact us later and notify change of embassies but the gentleman seemed a bit unsure. So thoughts?

5) When should an EAD be applied for?

6) Last question :P I am a bit confused on the paperwork aspect needed to be provided. The I-94 is done at passport control. So does this need to be stamped for 90 day work in order to get the SSN that is related to working? Trying to wrap my head around it.

Thanks for your help once again!

1) yes can be a non household member, but should be related to you.

2) I-864P http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

3) Not following you, explain.

4) Contact NVC or DOS after NOA2 and get it changed then.

5) K-1 should file for EAD when they file AOS, AOS fee includes EAD and AP. If you file for EAD BEFORE AOS you pay $340 for a card the expires 90 days after entry, and can take up to 90 days to get, so it is a useless card and a waste of $$

6) SSA considers K-1 as "work auth" with or without the stamp and will issue SSN to the K-1 holder only up to 75 days from entry, after that you need EAD card or Green-card to get SSN

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
