Spam blocker

Does anyone know of a good spam blocker that I can download?

My work email (We use outlook) is always crammed with spam. (Like 200 a day) Mostly offering us viagra or asking us if we would like penile extensions. We do also get the odd request from self proclaimed sexy Russian girls to view their pictures and maybe we would like to engage in some 'sexy time'

As lovely as this is and all... It gets in the way or our regular emails and things end up getting deleted by mistake etc..

(Yes, this may be one of those occasions where email ISN'T all it's cracked up to be )

But, it is driving me and everyone else INSANE.
