G-325A Supplements

My fiance and I both have supplements to our G-325A packets. (He's lived in more places than there are spaces and my employment history includes jobs and education-again not enough spaces.) Do we need to make and sign four copies of our supplements since the actual G-325A is four copies? Thanks in advance. Meg

Yes. Each copy of the G-325A goes somewhere different so attach a copy of the supplement to each.

You "may" not have to but I would.

It's actually four originals, so yes, you should make four of the supplements. They are basically like individual little packets and they go to different places.

Add supplemental sheet if necessary. Sign all four pages

When you print the G325 on your printer, it should print all 4 pages. But notice they are all different. Only the numbering on the bottom of the pages are different. They all need to be signed and submitted. So, you should be sending 8 total. 4 for each of you.
