I applied for AOS in August 2004, was called for biometrics in June 2005, haven't heard anything since then, beside the fact that they sent a notice in October 2005, that was returned to them as undeliverable by the Post Office and it's been 5 months I ask them to resend that notice and allthough they say they will, they never did.....had to contact my congressman

Well... 7 months now an not a peep about my AOS application... yet I still come here and read about all sorts of people who've gotten their green cards already but filed after me - it's torture, but I can't stop myself :P

Anyways, I know I have a whole boat-load of waiting still ahead of me...

anyone else in the same situation - I know there's got to be tons of us!

WE filed our AOS in July 2004 with the Atlanta office and received a transfer to CSC Sept. 2005 and we are still waiting????? Remember that if you do not receive an interview until after you have been married two years you should receive a permanent card and not the conditional card. We hope that our wait is for two more months then we will qualify for the permanent card. Sometimes a delay can be good!! Pray for all!

Yeah we were also hoping for the same thing. Then we had out interivew like 2 months before it would had been two years. Then we could of just been done with the INS for 10 years or untill my wife went for US citzenship.OH well we just got her conditions lifted now..

Good Luck

well, filed July 2004 - yep, 2004. File transferred to CSC October 2005; redid Biometrics for AOS in February, 2006 - and nothing since. We are still waiting. The file hasn't even been toucnhed since Feb. 19th. No interview date yet. Our second anniversary is in June - by this time I am hoping they will delay long enough that we can go right to the 10 year card.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Same here. Applied for AOS and EAD in December 2005. Last info said that a letter was returned undeliverable in March 2006 (for both AOS and EAD) and since then I have started two inquiries. Another 30 days will end on April 27th and the letter is still not here. I haven't had biometrics or anything, only a NOA 1 on December 19th, 2005. WAITING WAITING WAITING.
