I just got touched AGAIN today!! Well, it´s definitely better than nothing (I hope) but why no approval came yet? :crying::whistle::angry::help::wacko:

I´m just venting ... :devil:

2006/10 - my darling proposed me in US

2007/01/20 - married in Czech republic (Brno)

I-130

2007/03/16 - received date

2007/03/19 - NOA1

2007/03/20 - touched

2007/08/24 - touched

2007/08/26 - touched

2007/08/27 - sent RFE

2007/08/28 - touched

2007/09/01 - received RFE in the mail

2007/09/12 - sent RFE back to CSC

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

I´m getting that feeling that it´s not a good sign to be touched so many times :unsure:

Anybody having that experience before approval? Why they are touching it so much?

My hubby called INS yesterday so maybe this is why they touched it. Maybe?

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

12/17/07 Lima Peru Embassey receives K3

Also, I wanted to share with you when the Officers receives the information for the RFE the person reviews it. Then I'm told it will be passed on to their Supervisor for the FINAL BLESSING OF THE APPROVAL!!! :yes: YEAH APPROVAL this sounds so good when I say this!!!!! :dance: So, not for sure but, I think that's whats going on.... Best of luck!!!11

Current Status: Case received and pending.
