I have applied for my I-131(Advance parole) and I-765(Employment Document) electronically in July last week. Its close to 3 months now. I havent submitted any supporting documents because the system didnt ask for any when i filed. I even got the MSC numbers for both confirming that USCIS received them. I even called the customer service and they said that if they need any supporting doc's, they will send me a letter requesting for eveidence. I have my biometrics scheduled for this week for I-765. This is my 3rd EAD and Advance Parole.

I have heard that the waiting period is 3 months for AP and if they ask for supporting doc's,it will take 3 months from then. i need the AP to travel at the end of the year. At this point i am clueless as to what to do. Do you think the biometrics i have covers both as regards to taking my pic for AP and EAD.Is there a way i can expedite the AP application.

Try making an infopass appointment - they often issue APs like that (and you can find out the status of your EAD)- take all your documentation with you. Good Luck
