Fish Heads

My wife being from the Philippines I am curious if there are others out there who also love to eat the heads of the fish?

I don't eat fish heads.

Now I really like fish...but I avoid the head if I can help it. (I've eaten Korean fish soups, though, where I really can't be sure the head was not in there, I suspect it was). My fiance, though, I am certain, eats the fish heads and .... I think there are certain soups where the entire fish, including the organs, goes in.

i couldnt eat a fish head... i dont mind it being on the plate, but just couldnt eat it... never even thought about it until i walked into the breakroom one day at work and one of my coworkers was sucking on a jawbone... she cleaned that entire fish completely... shes from trinidad...

I love the Head and Belly of the Fish specially the grilled Bangus (milk fish) stuffed with tomatoes and Onions Back in the Philippines everybody needs to hurry in the dining table just to be the first one to get that

Fried fish with head is great specially if its crunchy.
