12/04/2007 - Receive Welcome Letter

12/14/2007 - Received 2nd Welcome Letter and Green card!!!

Congrats! :jest: Let's hope you get to NVC real quick, and after it gets to the Singapore consulate, it should be pretty quick from there. The people at the consulate here are really pretty fast and efficient! :D:thumbs:

01-03-08 - Arrived in the States on K1

01-28-08 - Got married! :) And applied for SSN in married name

02-04-08 - Received SSN

02-08-08 - Sent AOS package off

02-20-08 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox after 12 days!! :( stupid USPS

02-26-08 - NOAs for I-485 and I-765

02-27-08 - Check cashed

03-14-08 - AOS Transfer notice to CSC

03-21-08 - Sent AP (I-131) package off

03-26-08 - Biometrics complete! AOS and AP show up online

04-04-08 - AOS last touched

04-11-08 - NOA for I-131

04-23-08 - EAD card production ordered!

04-24-08 - AP approved!

05-02-08 - AP recieved

When my fiance' called them last October 16 the Lady officer told them to just wait and she look at our account and told him that "Oh yeah, you were updated only last Aug. 22. Then the next thing we knew we were approved the next day! So better call them now!!!

No i will not be interviewed in Manila but here in Singapore. Thanks guys for your support!!! I know others are anxious of their approval too! Goodluck also! Rambaldi, thanks, I am following your journey too. Thanks. Anyway, I am just halfway of this Visa thing so I will have to keep my fingers crossed for the rest of our journey.

Im so ignorant when it comes to this process sometimes (procedures) but, what number do you call? The 800 number at uscis always takes me to the voice recordings process and so I stopped calling completely. May I ask for the number you call to 'actually' speak with someone? A touch would be better than silence.. :wacko: Although trying everyday to be very patient.

And congratulations on your approval!! lest I become selfish and forget.
