I didn't see a thread started in the CR1 forum for October forums like I saw in the K1 forum. Sooooo...I decided to start one! Lets keep in touch, share our stories, filing dates, RFE's, NOA's etc etc.....

I just sent my I-130 off TODAY! Woo Hoo :dance: its outta my hands. I just wanted to get in the mail already and pray for a belssing of an NOA2 by the beginning of 2008. Sent it priority mail to CSC which is 30 mins from my house. Can't wait til I see that canceled check!!

Are you 2 both with the VSC? Its looking a bit scarce on here for October I-130 filers with CSC. Hopefully thats a good sign for me.. :jest:

hi guyz... good to know we have an october filer here =) im about to send my I-130 application but still waiting for my marriage contract to be send to me so i can start the process for my husband petition... hopefully i will file at the end of october keep in touch and lets share our timeline in here... god speed i hope everything will be alright for us and i hope it will take sooner to get our love one oye..... tc :thumbs::luv:

Well it looks like CSC is processing I-130's faster than I-129F visas....per the USCIS website...so all I can hope for is a speedier process than a K1. No offense to the K1 petitioners :blush:

I am just putting it all in God's hands and praying that he does His will with my application and grants me the patience to understand it. :innocent:

My application was sent on 10/17 and received on 10/18....Praying for a cashed check and NOA1 by the time I get back from Jamaica in 2-1/2 weeks!! :dance:

hey! Yay October!! I'm filing this week! Our marriage certificate finally came in the mail yesterday, so i am finishing up getting everything together and planning to send it off to California within the next few days... Good luck everyone!

09/19/2007: Withdrew CIC application (they still hadn't processed anything)

10/01/2007: Moved back to U.S.

10/26/2007: I-130 mailed to CA Service Center

10/29/2007: USPS confirmation of receipt of I-130

02/13/2008: NOA-1 received (107 days)

07/02/2008: I-130 approved

07/22/2008: AOS filed including EAD and AP

07/25/2008: NOA-1s for all 3 received

08/20/2008: Biometrics appointment

08/22/2008: Received RFE for Affadivit of Support and Medical

10/21/2008: Submitted I-865W in lieu of co-sponsor and medical info to NSC

11/14/2008: online case status not updated since filing of AOS in July 2008

01/20/2009: Received another RFE for Affadavit of Support Info

02/02/2009: Responded to RFE with brand new AOS based on 2008 tax return (if that doesn't shut them up, dunno what will)

02/19/2009: EAD card received in mail (no updates on Online Case Status ever made)

02/23/2009: AP received (again, no online updates)

02/26/2009: Received interview appointment letter for 4/6/09

04/06/2009: AOS approved for unconditional GC

04/21/2009: GC received

finally i got my marriage contract on the mail this morning and i sent my I-130 packet woootttt so excited... :whistle: i will look forward for the next step and i hope u guyz have a wonderful day ahead.. be patient.... by the way please put your time line... and i will do mine as well woooottt take care guys and god speed =)

finally, i got my marriage contract yesterday dated 10-29th 2007. I filled the I-130 petition right away.... :innocent:

wooottt my I-130 packet was delivered today to California Service center... i will wait for my reciept number and be ready for the next step yippiiieee :thumbs: oyeeeeeeeeeeeee ^_^ wink my hubby so excited as me ^^
