Change of address

First, apologies if this is in the wrong place!

I'm a (conditional) permanent resident, and my wife and I are moving apartments in a few days. Does anyone know what forms I need to submit with USCIS, Selective Service or Social Security, or anything else, to let them know of our new address?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

AR-11 for alien resident change of address, and I-865 for sponsor's change of address, nothing needed to be don with SSA or Selective Service.
