we are lfting conditions on my greencard in the new yr and are travelling to england for christmas for 2 weeks, i am the brit and i still have a uk passport, the passport is in my maiden name still, what do i have to tak to prove my marriage? plus we now have a 7 month old who will be travelling with us, we are applying for his passport this week do we need to take anything else for him apart from his passport? thanks

20/July/05 Married in Las Vegas!!

AOS approved April 12th 2006!!

4/01/08 mailed I-751 to Nebraska

4/3/08 package arrives at Nebraska

4/11/08 check cashed

4/14/08 recieved NOA extension letter

4/26/08 recieved biometrics appointment letter plus it looks like our case has been forwarded to California!

5/02/08 Biometrics scheduled

5/02/08 Biometrics completed in 10 mins!

Woo Hoo....8/28/08 Recieved 10yr Greencard in mail, no approved email!! We are done!!!

Make the airline tickets out in the name in the passport, and carry a copy of marriage cert to show why green-card name is different than passport name.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Or get your passport ammeded... its very easy and only takes about 2 weeks to get back.... they also return your old passport along with it.... that is what I did as I wanted everything in the same name...

Just the US passport is needed.
