Does the Police Report Expire

Hi Friends!

I was hoping you could help answer this question. My SO received his Police report in end of August or beginning of Sept. assuming we would have been approved by then. Well, does he need to order a new one if the interview is in January for example? Or is this one ok? He has asked about when it expires but they have not been able to answer him when it pertains to K1 visas.

If you know the answer (specifically German filers) please let us know.

The validity of the PCC might depend on each Consulate.

For The US Consulate (in Chennai, India), the validity is 6 months.

Please mail the US Consulate where the interview will be scheduled for you and ask them for the clarification. Hope this helps.

Feb 14, 2008 : Received the Hard Copy of the Receipts for AOS, EAD, AP

Feb 28, 2008 : Biometrics Appointment

Feb 29, 2008 : Case Transferred to CSC

Mar 17, 2008 : AOS Touched (Case pending at CSC)

Mar 18, 2008 : AOS Touched

Mar 19, 2008 : AOS Touched
