Nebraska received the I-751 on October 11th. We have already booked a Med. cruise the 3rd week of March for her birthday. Will a NOA letter be enough with an expired card to push through? I see on the update for California, where these are being transferred, that the projection is 6 months. I hope that the increase in fees helps their calender fly! What are we going to do? To top it off the cruise line requires all travel documentation to be greater than 6 months from expiration....

Don't worry, most likely you will have your new 10-year greencard by then. It appears that California is processing I751s in well under 6 months. As far as the travel documentation for the cruise is concerned: make sure your passports are at least another 6 months valid from the start of the cruise.

If you are transfered to CSC you should be approved within plenty of time to get your 10 year Greencard for your cruise.... if for some reason you are delayed then your NOA1 and you original greencard are all that is needed for getting back into the US... the cruise line will require you to have a valid passport that is valid for 6 months beyond your travel dates....
