almost a month and the NVC still hasnt received my NOA2

Hi

This Friday it will be a month since receiving our NAO2, but the NVC still hasnt received it. When I look at the time between these things for others here, it looks like it just takes a couple days. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Well, it is not my case (yet) we are waiting NVC to receive for a week.

But, yes, a lot of couples are with the same issue. Before use to be very fast, but this last month the delay just increase, most part of the process k1 are taking about 1 month to arrive in NVC.

And there is nothing that we can do for to be more fast, just relax and wait.

Yes, mine took 5 weeks for the NVC to receive it. I didn't think they ever would.

I received my NOA2 on Sept. 7th also but, have not receive mine yet........

See my time line. I waited too long. Approx. 1,5 month. Unfortunately lately NVC receive NOA 2 by CSC for a month.

sometimes takes 5-6 weeks its upseting but thats part of this hold thing the waiting game mine took 5 weeks as well after they said it left there office most like sit on some ones desk a while.. backed up

the nvc what a joke! my case "sat" for 6 weeks this fall without being touched. in december it took 1 month just to enter documents into the system. and i forgot the nvc lost my affadavit last june and told me in january. by the way they did receive the affadavit payment. and oh ya they sent me the wrong instructions for documents to send in. i cant believe the case was actualy complete. well thats my rant for the year.

The problem is with CSC. They don't immediately ship the approved petitions to NVC, like VSC does. They hold them for a few weeks until they have a full crate. Hence the great disparity in time to get to NVC between VSC and CSC.

The CSC was quick in accepting mine but they seem to be slow in sending it to the NVC. Still waiting.

NVC received our case exactly 2 weeks after our NOA2. BCD, call them tonight....they probably have yours already since we got approved around the same time.
