Timeline

Someone told me that my fiance has to be the primary sponsor on this and have her dad as a co-sponsor...

is this true?

she wasnt on my I-129F one just her dad..

She has no income because she wuit her job a year ago to come stay with me and now we have a baby so she cant work...

Does she need to be on the 864?

AOS Timeline

12/05/2007 - Mailed AOS package

07/03/2008 - Received Welcome Letter and Green Card in Mail.

My wife is under poverty (she's the USC), but she is the primary on the 864 and her Mom is the secondary. Her mother filled in the 864A. We did this just for consistency. I am not sure if it is required, but I know a lot of people recommended it.
